What does a bar or restaurant need to open?

Noise: the point that generates the most conflicts

In the hospitality sector, noise nuisance to neighbouring dwellings is the most common cause of complaints and, in serious cases, of closure. That is why it is advisable to resolve the acoustic insulation from the outset: an acoustic study determines the insulation required (floors, ceilings, walls, air outlets and equipment) so as not to exceed the permitted levels and to avoid problems with the neighbourhood and the Administration. The acoustic insulation is justified in accordance with the CTE DB-HR and the applicable municipal noise ordinance.
