Expert assessments and expert reports

We issue technical opinions to provide objective evidence before insurers, owners' associations, companies or courts. Expert evidence in the judicial sphere is governed by the Civil Procedure Act.

Party expert assessmentsan opinion submitted by one of the parties to defend its position.
Judicial expert assessmentsas an expert appointed by the court, normally by drawing of lots from the lists that the professional associations (in our case, the COEIB) send to the courts.
Damage and faultsdesign or execution defects, failures in installations and equipment, incidents of any origin within our field of competence, and assessment of the damage.
