Which fire safety regulations apply to an industrial warehouse?

The Regulation on Fire Safety in Industrial Establishments (RSCIEI), which classifies the establishment by its configuration (types A-E) and its intrinsic risk level in order to set the protection measures.

Do the installations have to be legalised before the Industry authority?

Yes. Industrial installations (electrical, refrigeration, gas, pressure equipment, etc.) are legalised before the Directorate General of Industry for their commissioning.
